IQ Queue is designed in such a way that it can be easily supported and maintained effortlessly. Almost all of problems can be resolved at the server site/location. Most of devices used for the system are off-the-shelve products, such as android TV devices, android based build-in printer, android tablets and windows PC. Normal POS printer can be used as ticket printer. Therefore, support can be done online with remote control software such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk. We recommend TeamViewer remote control software.

iQ Queue Components



I Queue is comprised of server component, IQ Queue Server (AQS), and client components. It works on IP based Local Area Network configurations. AQS communicate with clients using TCP/IP protocols. AQS is multithreads server application that run as window service.

  1. IQ Queue Server

    It is build using C++ compiler. It listens to TCP port coming from IQ queue clients. It uses MySQL to store queue data as well as configurations data.
    It run as background service on Windows OS (Windows 7, or Windows 10, or Windows Server).
    Store multi-media file for queue display/signage
    Software Requirements:

    • It requires 32 or 64 bits windows OS with minimum 4GB RAM, minimum 20GB storage
    • MySQL database (or any other SQL Database Server)
    • Apache web server
    • PHP 7.2 and above

  2. IQ Queue Clients

    IQ Queue client consist of Ticket Dispenser, Call Terminals, Ticket Dispenser, and Queue Display/Signage.

  3. Call Terminal

  5. Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT)

    IQ Queue is integrated with customer satisfaction Score (CSAT)
    Customer Satisfaction Score or CSAT is a simple customer satisfaction survey methodology that measures a customer's satisfaction with an organization. It's calculated by asking questions about the customer's experience, which is formatted into a survey scale that can range from 1-3, 1-5, or 1-10.
    By measuring CSAT continuously in real-time, you get a much better understanding of your customer's level of satisfaction with your products and services. This in turn helps you serve them better.
    Reducing customer churn is always desirable and rarely achievable. "CSAT data helps you quickly identify when poor customer touchpoint experiences occur, in real-time. Knowing this helps you rectify the problem and retain customers.
    Collecting customer satisfaction data is critical. With IQ Queue, you have a feature to collect data from mobile-app that integrate directly with the ticket number

  6. SMS Integration

    IQ Queue is integration with GSM SMS module. The module is basically a gateway for outgoing and incoming SMS. It uses address book module build-in the queue system. It can be set to send queue alerts so that user is alerted to waiting list.
    The module can also send bulk SMS one day earlier for appointment reminders.
    Queue data from multiple venues can be replicated to a central server. The replications can be scheduled at certain times or near real-time updates.

  7. Reporting

    Complete analysis reports (Daily, Weekly and Monthly), complete with graphs on the service time and waiting time for each teller and queue number. Data can be exported to MSExcel for further analysis. Reports can be viewed remotely for every branches.
